Jan Harrison, CLA is a certified legal assistant and has been working as a paralegal for 20 years.  She attended Brigham Young University, and received her paralegal certificate from Westminster College.   She has worked extensively in the field of insurance defense and medical malpractice defense, with the exception of six years which she spent on the other side of the table doing plaintiff’s work in personal injury cases.  She is a member of the UPA, having served on the Board for many years.
